Location and Accessibility

The Hofalm is completely secluded at the end of a roughly 3 km forest road. This chalet is fully energy self-sufficient, equipped with its own spring water, a 10 kW photovoltaic system, and pellet central heating. Ample parking spaces are available.

Facilities

Upon entering Hofalm, you arrive in a spacious hall.

On the ground floor:
– A bathroom with shower and toilet
– A large, well-equipped kitchen with an original old wood stove, electric stove with two ceramic hobs, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator
– A large double bedroom

From the hall, you can access:
– A cozy living room with a large dining table and comfortable seating area, large windows for plenty of light, a sensational view, and direct access to the terrace with a covered seating area
– A bathroom with bathtub
– A separate toilet
– Four additional bedrooms, including three with double beds and one with bunk beds

Welcome Gift and Culinary Offerings

Upon arrival, enjoy exquisite, award-winning wines from the in-house castle winery and own Marusevec vineyard, along with Turopolje wool pig bacon. Additional wines such as rosé, Sauvignon Blanc, gray and white Burgundy, and a variety of delicacies like salami, lardo, bacon, and Krainer sausage from wool pigs can be reordered. Upon request, fresh daily breakfast or full catering during your stay can be arranged.

In front of the Hofalm is a private, wood-framed spring with a fountain. The terraces offer magnificent views over blooming meadows and healthy forests, inviting you to linger. Also enjoy the Finnish sauna and hot tub, while an extraordinary OFYR grill promises unique culinary experiences.
